This code set is for use in reporting application errors for insurance business processes.
Each code value is listed twice, preceded with the alpha character "E" or "W". These alpha characters are intended to convey whether the code is being used to report an error ("E") or a warning ("W").
The current online listing to the left contains codes which are effective May 1, 2004.
